Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Genesys for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Genesys and its licensors.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion.
